Ingredients

30-40 minutes
4 - 6 servings
  1. 1 1/2-2 poundpork tenderloin
  2. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  3. Rub ingredients
  4. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  5. 1 teaspoonchili powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonground cinnamon
  8. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  9. 1/4 teaspoonsmoked paprika
  10. Glaze ingredients
  11. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  12. 1/4 cuppineapple juice
  13. 2 clovesminced garlic
  14. 1 tablespoonsriracha
  15. 1/4 teaspoonliquid smoke
  16. 1/4 teaspoonground ginger
  17. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

30-40 minutes

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Mix rub ingredients in a small bowl and rub on tenderloin.

    Use a oven proof skillet heat olive oil add tenderloin and sear 2-3 minutes.

    Place skillet in oven, bake for 20 minutes then drizzle with glaze. Bake additional 15 minutes or until pork is about 145 degrees. Let rest covered 15 minutes then slice and serve.
