I am eating mostly raw foods lately. This one just came together from what I had on hand. Would be great to see others put their own twist!

Ingredients

  1. 2 eachSmall tart apples, cored and chopped to bite size pieces
  2. 2 eachSmall sweet apples cored, chopped and cut in bite size pieces
  3. 1 eachWhole fresh pomegranate seeds removed
  4. 1Fresh spinach to place salad
  5. 1Fresh lemon juice (used half)
  6. 2 dashGranulated raw sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the pomegranate into four sections and place in a bowl of water. Using your hand gentle remove the seeds. They will fall to the bottom of the bowl and make for easy gathering.

    Core and chop your apples, add the to a bowl with the pomegranate seeds. Mix in lemon juice and sugar to taste.

    Place on a bed of fresh spinach and enjoy. If I had had some fresh blueberries, I would have added as well.
