Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcooked quinoa
  2. 1 canchickpeas drained and rinsed
  3. 3/4 cupfresh kale, chopped/julienned
  4. 1/2bell pepper, sliced thin
  5. 1 cantuna, drained
  6. 4peperoncino peppers (optional)
  7. 1rib of celery, chopped small
  8. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  9. 1/2 cupcherry tomatoes, halved
  10. 3 tbsolive garden salad dressing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Literally toss everything together. Even better the next day♡
