Ingredients

  1. 6 largebread rolls
  2. 6 sliceham
  3. 6 slicetomatoes, fried
  4. 6 largeeggs
  5. 100 gramscheddar or mozzarella cheese, grated
  6. 2 tspchopped parsley
  7. salt and pepper
  8. 6 piecetinfoil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 230°C

  2. 2

    Do this with all the rolls. Cut off the top of the bread roll, then scoop out the inside.

    Line the inside with a slice of ham, followed by a slice of tomato.

  4. 4

    Crack an egg into the roll then top with cheddar or mozzarella cheese.

  5. 5

    Salt and pepper to taste, add a sprinkle of parsley. Wrap in tinfoil and bake for 15 -20 minutes depending on how you like your egg yolk done.
