Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl, making sure it is mixed up real well

Put into airtight container- this is a good present to give away, put in smaller jars and hand out

To make just add 3-4 spoonfuls to your cup and add boiling water

This is rich and creamy, sweet but not too sweet. The chocolate is the star of this show, so use a good quality one...not only will it taste better but the chocolate will melt smoother also. I like Ghirardelli brand. This recipe is enough for either two large mugs or 4 smaller mugs.
