Add Cooksnap

1store brought pav bread or french bread
4 tbspbutter+1 tbsp oil
7-8 clovesgarlic chopped
2 tsporegano
some mozarella cheese
few coriander

Cooking Instructions

1

Cut pav or cut rounds of French bread or any shape

Take oil+butter in a pan(oil is taken not to burn the butter)add the garlic +oregank..saute till garlic gets golden

Apply on the pav and place on the pan..

Add the mozarella + coriander leaves to garnish..close with lid and cook till cheese melts or can microwave till melts

Serve hot....can use with bread also
