3chicken breast
250 gpassata sauce
Hand full of..
Sliced onion
Baby corn
Green beans
Sliced peppers any colour
1/4 tspground black pepper
1 tbspsmoked paprika
1/2 tbspcayenne pepper
1 tspmixed herbs
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 cupwater

Slice veg how u want it

Put it in a oven proof dish with chicken,herbs,spices and water.

In a pre heated oven @180°c bake for 30 minutes stiring occasionally

Serve with pasta..rice...wraps with cheese

Enjoy hot or cold by shredding the chicken
