Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsexe mandazi
  2. 4eggs
  3. Pinchegg yellow food colour(optional)
  4. 200 grmsprestige
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. 2 teaspoonsvanilla essence
  7. 2 tablespoonscocoa powder
  8. 1 cupmilk/or water

    In a bowl put the sugar and prestige Mix very well.

    Next put in the eggs, food color and vanilla and mix them all together.

    After that sieve your flour and put it in the other mixed ingredients. Fold it in slowly. If its very thick add milk till you have the right consistency. Not thick and not runny.

    Preheat your oven for fee minutes at 150°

    Take your baking tin line it at the bottom with a baking paper and apply a thin layer of prestige on the sides to prevent it from sticking

    Pour abit of the mixture in a different container and mix it with the cocoa powder

    Take your tin and start pouring in the mixtures.

    First pour in one mixture then put abit of the one with cocoa. Repeat the process till you've put in all the mixture.

    Put it in the oven and let it bake for 40minutes without opening.

    Check using a clean knife. If it comes out clean the cake is ready.

    Take out the cake and be careful not to burn.

    Let it cool down before removing it from the tin

    After it has cooled down remove and put on a tray and serve with a cold or hot drink.
