Ingredients

20 miniute
4 servings
  • Haldi kachchi. 100 gm greted
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1 tspGinger crushed
  • 1 tspGarlic crushed
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 pinchGaram masala
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Black cardomam 1 crushed
  • Garlic pealed 5. Peices
  • 2Green chilli chopped
  • 2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • Salt. As required
  • 4 tspOil mustred
  • Coriander leaves 2 tsp
  • 1 tspMango powder.

Steps

20 miniute
  1. 1

    In a heat pan put oil,let it hot.add Bay leaf.

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds, cracle it.

  3. 3

    Add onion,satue it, add ginger & garlic.

  4. 4

    When it gets pink,add greted haldi.cook & Fry it with onions.

  5. 5

    Light brown it. Add chilli & coriander powder.mix it with the help of water.

  6. 6

    Add cardamam, salt, & garam masala.

  7. 7

    Add 2 cup of water,lid it, cook it 2 miniutes.

  8. 8

    Open the lid,cook it 5 miniutes.

  9. 9

    Remove it from the flame,add 1 Tsp mango powder.

  10. 10

    Serve it in a bowl. garnish it with coriander leaves.

  11. 11

    It is very tasty, very healthy, seasonal, & Rich of many vitamins.

    It it found only winter season raw haldi is works our immune booster.

    It can be use any time of our food.
