Ramuan

  1. 5or 6 medium sized potatoes
  2. 7egg yolks
  3. 7egg whites (+ any leftover egg whites, the more the yummier)
  4. 1can 390gm evaporated creamer
  5. 2cups granulated sugar
  6. 1 tbsbutter

Cara Memasak

    Boil potatoes until soft

  2. 2

    Peel potatoes and mash

  3. 3

    In a bowl beat egg yolks with sugar and then add the mashed potatoes and evaporated milk. Use a spatula to mix together

    Prepare an oven safe pyrex with butter spread sparingly n heat in oven till butter is melted. Pour the mixture into the heated pyrex. Bake in oven at 250degF for 30mins. Remove from oven

    Whisk eggwhites till frothy.. pour over baked mixture.. Place back in oven for about 8 mins. Remove and let it cool down. Enjoy!!
