Today was a Halloween 👻 When I woke up this morning, I wanted to make something with pumpkin and decided to try baking this pumpkin pudding! It is a bit like pumpkin sweet potatoes.

20 mins preparation, 40 mins baking
18 cm pound cake mold
  1. Pudding egg mixture
  2. 300 gPumpkin
  3. 300 mlMilk
  4. 3Eggs
  5. 60 gGranulated sugar
  6. Caramel
  7. 60 gGranulated sugar
  8. 1.5table spoons Water -1
  9. 1.5table spoons Water -2

Cara Memasak

20 mins preparation, 40 mins baking

    Add 60g of sugar and 1.5 table spoon of water in a pan. Start heating under a medium heat.

    When it turns to brown, slowly tilt the pot and color the other white parts. Stop the heat when it shows a smoke. Carefully add water, using a spatula. Mix well and pour the caramel in a mold.

    Heat pumpkins in a microwave for 5 mins under 600w until you can easily poke the pumpkin.

    Preheat the oven at 170℃.

    Use a blender or mixer to mix cooked pumpkin, milk, sugar and eggs.

    Pour the pudding mixture in the mold.

    Put the mold on a baking tray, pour hot water until around 1cm and bake in the preheated oven for 40 mins!

    Cool it down and enjoy 😉
