Simple Spaghetti

Reasons why I love this spaghetti:

1. Kids will have no choice but to eat the veggies. ;)
2. Simple and quick with barely any fuss. (use a blender for the garlic and onions - blitz it!)
3. The sauce (if any are left over) can be used for omelette "bstik" - just re heat in wok and add a couple of sliced chilies.

Ramuan

  1. 250 mltomato puree
  2. 100 mltomato sauce
  3. 400 gmminced meat (any is fine)
  4. 500 mlwater
  5. 1can of button mushrooms
  6. 2big red onions (chopped fine)
  7. 5cloves pf garlic (chopped fine)
  8. 250 gmmixed veggies
  9. Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Cara Memasak

    Chop Onions and Garlic till fine

  2. 2

    Fry garlic in about a quarter cup of oil till fragrant

  3. 3

    Add in minced meat and fry till all is well cooked (careful not to make it dry).

  4. 4

    Add in tomato puree and stir well till puree sticks to the meat. Then add in tomato sauce and stir.

    Add in water and simmer down. Then add mixed veggies.

    Once mixed veggies are cooked, add in mushrooms cut in half. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
