Ingredients

Makes 12 servings
  1. Vanilla muffin premix (also all the wet Ingredients as suggested by packaging)
  2. 1 cupcarrots
  3. 1/4 cupmixed seeds
  4. 60 graw mixed nuts
  5. 1 tablespooncinnamon spice
  6. 1 tablespoonmixed spice
  7. 1 tablespoonground ginger
  8. 40 mlextra milk for added moisture

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients (muffin mix, mixed seeds, cinnamon, mixed spice, ground ginger). Also, crush 30g of mixed nuts and add to dry mixture

    Prepare wet mixture as per vanilla premix instruction. Add extra 40ml milk and finely grated carrot) to compensate for additional dry ingredients

    Mix wet and dry ingredients

  4. 4

    Scoop muffin mixture into baking trays. Sprinkler remainder of 30g mixed nuts on top to garnish muffins

  5. 5

    Bake for -+30minutes. Once fully baked allow to cool

  6. 6

    Serves &enjoy
