Ingredients

  1. 1-Cup jowar flour
  2. 1/2-Cup cow ghee
  3. 3/4-Cup grated gud (jaggery)
  4. 2-tbsp roasted poppy seeds
  5. 1/2-Cup roasted grated dry coconut
  6. 2-tbsp raisins
  7. 1/2-Cup roasted grated cashew & Almond

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a pan and add ghee add jowar flour and roast on slow till light pink

  2. 2

    First add raisins and cook till the raisins puff,now add half of roasted cashew,almond,coconut & poppy seeds& cook for a while

  3. 3

    Turn off gas and mix grated jaggery properly and set in plate

  4. 4

    Set properly with flate steel bowl by little pressing

  5. 5

    Sprinkle remaining dry fruits,coconut & poppy seeds press them again with bowl lightly & give cut with knife when hot.

  6. 6

    Cool and remove pieces safely and arrange in a plate

1/2 cup total grated cashew and almond?or 1/2 each meaning 1/2 cup grated cashew and 1/2 cup grated almond?
