Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsrice
  2. 4carrots
  3. Peas
  4. Attarugu
  5. Red pepper
  6. Onion
  7. 5 cubesmaggi
  8. Turmeric
  9. Thyme
  10. Oil
  11. Salt
  12. Cabbage and carrot

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and drain your rice using colander, after the water is drained,

    Put frying pan on fire (medium heat) with oil pour d rice, and be turning it using wooden spoon until the rice turn brown, remove the rice in the pan and set aside.

    Wash your carrot and peas, cut the carrot into your desire shape and wash them together with the peas again, heat oil and pour the carrot and peas, fry on low heat for 2mins then set them aside.

    Cut Attarugu, red pepper and onion, on the gas/stove put on a clean put add 3 cups of water bring it to boil add the fried rice,stock cubes, salt, then leave thth rice to cook for 15-20mins, then add your Attarugu, red pepper, turmeric,thyme carrot and peas close the pot and let it cook for 5mins then off the gas and spread onions on the rice let the heat cook the onion(Steam)

    Cut your cabbage,grate your carrot combine the two together, put a pinch salt and water, and wash it, then drain the water completely and serve with your rice. Enjoy!
