Cara Membuat

Use cool water and blanch ribs with cooking wine and 3 slices ginger. Drain water and wash the ribs.

Bring ribs, 3 (new) slices ginger and the spring onion stalk to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.

Add radish and mushrooms, continue the simmer for 30 mins at least to soften the radish.

Add goji berries along with the cooking wine. Add salt pepper sugar and bouillon (opt). Adjust taste. Don't take too long lest the goji berries will become too soggy.
