  1. 130 grtepung
  2. 20 grcocoa powder
  3. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  4. 150 grgula merah (me: 40 gr)
  5. 90 grunsalted butter
  6. 1 butirtelur kecil, kocok dikit
  7. 100 grdark chocolate cincang kasar (me: couverture 70%)
  8. 60 grmacadamia nut cincang kasar
  9. Secubitgaram

Cara Membuat

    Preheat oven ke 180C, alasi tray dengan baking paper

    Ayak tepung, cocoa powder, sedikit garam, baking soda

  3. 3

    Beat sugar and butter in an electric mixer until creamy. Add egg and beat to combine.

    Add flour mixture and stir to just combine, then stir in a third of the chocolate.

  5. 5

    Pinch off walnut-sized pieces of dough and place on baking trays, pressing to flatten slightly, leaving a 5cm gap between each.

    Salt the macadamia nut

  7. 7

    Dot tops with macadamias and remaining chocolate and bake, turning trays partway through cooking, until cookies are set and becoming firm at the edges (12-15 minutes).
