Let’s make June a month to remember — with new dishes, creative leftovers, rainy-day cravings, and a chance to be featured in a way that’s truly you.

👩🍳 How to join the challenge?
Each week:
✅ Post 1 recipe based on the weekly theme
✅ Share something special about your recipe in 'Recipe story/description'
✅ Share at least 1 Cooksnap (a dish you tried from someone else)
👉 You can Cooksnap the same photo as your recipe, please make sure it’s sent to the recipe that inspired your dish!
📅 Weekly Themes:
Week 1 (June 2–8): Health First
Light, nutritious, feel-good meals — Liquid diet, Kashayam and other immunity boosters, air fryer recipes, high protein Indian meals, low/no oil cooking, diabetic-friendly snacks, chawanprash, clean eating bowls.
(e.g., Kambu porridge, Sattu chilla, Amla beetroot juice, Moringa drink, Sharjah shake, Sabja seed, Kanji drink, Beetroot pulp, Blueberry, Makhana milk and many more...

Week 3 (June 16–22): Leftover Makeover
Week 4 (June 23–29): Monsoon Special

📸 1 recipe photo from each theme
💬 A quote or moment from your June cooking journey
Your June Foodboard is your June cooking story — captured like a memory board you’ll want to save, share, and feel proud of.
✔ Must complete all 4 weeks with at least 1 recipe & 1 Cooksnap to get June Foodboard
✔ At the end of Week 4, we’ll ask you to submit your one-line quote for your Foodboard or choose your suggested quote from your recipe story
That’s it! Cook what you love, support fellow creators, and collect memories as you go.

✅ Rules:
✔ Must complete all 4 weeks with at least 1 recipe & 1 cooksnap to get June Foodboard
✔ The Ingredient/Dish must be in the title and ingredient list
✔ A well-lit main photo of the completed dish
✔ At least 3 detailed steps with step-by-step photos
✔ All ingredients with accurate quantities
✔ Specified cooking time and servings
✔ Published with the hashtag
