Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 bowlchopped spinach
  2. 1 bowlchopped coriander
  3. 1chopped carrot
  4. 1 Cupchopped gourd
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 1 pieceginger
  7. 1 sprigmint
  8. 1 cupamla juice
  9. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  10. 1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  11. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  12. 1 teaspoonblack salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop all those vegetables and wash them with water two or three times.
    Then add them to a mixing jar and add all the spices to it.

    Now add the amla juice to the mixture.

  3. 3

    Now we will serve it by straining it through a strainer.
