  1. 1/2 cupbarnyard millet
  2. 1/2 cupyellow moong dal
  3. 1 cupchopped vegetables
  4. 1 tbspghee
  5. 1 tspchopped ginger
  6. 1 tbspsalt
  7. 1 tspred chilly powder
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  10. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  11. 2green chilies
  12. For tempering:
  13. 1 tbspghee
  14. 1 tspmustard seeds
  15. 1 tspcumin seeds
  16. 2dry red chillies
  17. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  18. 1sting curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First wash the lentils and rice well and add the vegetables to it.

    Pour three cups of water into it, add green chilies, turmeric powder, chili powder, chopped ginger, salt and mix everything together and cook for three whistles...

    Once the cooker is open, mash the rice and lentils well.

    To make the tempering, heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dried chilies, curry leaves, asafoetida.... Add everything to the cooked rice...

    Finally add coriander leaves, garam masala powder mix well...
