S O R R Y. I was absent for a long long time.. Well, I have my reasons but that doesn't give me any excuses not to blog. I feel massive guilt. I was chronically ill. I eventually got well. Then something happened in the family(can't share that). Overcame that too. But then I got supper busy with work, friends, family, cats that I kept pushing the blog away..... Finally today morning I woke up to the realisation that I never finish anything.... I don't continue anything.... b a d  h a b i t .... So I amassed my willpower and took an advance New years' resolution(if there is any such thing) that I need to start blogging again..... I need to start again....Last night I was super lazy and had to cook only for myself which made me more lazy to the point that I thought of sleeping in an empty stomach. Then my cats started meowing for food unfortunately or fortunately there was no cat food left so I had to cook for them(so responsible of me). Once i fed the cats I agnised that I more hungry than lazy also when I am standing in the kitchen already I should make something for myself.... Thus like Flash fast I rustled up a simple yet delicious spaghetti and the twist : added eggs (Mr. Refrigerator had no prawns / chicken / veggie). I am calling this Bhurji spaghetti.....
