Ingredients

  1. 4 slicesgarlic bread or french loaf
  2. 2boiled eggs
  3. 1 cupsmall diced tomato
  4. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  5. 1/2 tspchopped green chilli
  6. 1/2 cupchopped dhania patta
  7. 1/2 cupbutter
  8. 1 tspminced garlic
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  10. 1 tsporegano
  11. 1/2 tspsalt
  12. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl, add butter, garlic, red chilli flakes & 1/2 of the oregano, mix it well, keep aside.

    Take another mixing bowl, add tomato, onion, green chilli & dhania patta, sprinkle salt, black pepper powder & oregano, mix it well.

    Arrange the bread slices on a dish, spread garlic butter evenly.

    Take a non-stick tawa, brush some garlic butter, place the slices, toast then flipping until both sides turn crispy brown.

    For baking.line a baking tray with baking sheet or grease it with garlic butter, arrange the slices, pre heat the oven on 180 degree Celsius, bake it for 3 minutes, open the oven, flip the toast, bake it again for 2 minutes. Baking time depends on the capacity of your oven.

    Take out the roasted bread in a dish, plate it, fill it with salad, pair it with egg roundals, garnish it with a dhania leaf...
