Boil the steak under low heat for 40 minutes. Once ready add onions, Yellow and red bell pepper and let it steam. Add spices and a pinch of salt to taste.

Peel the potatoes, chop into 4 and boil for 20 minutes. Once ready, drain the water, add some margarine, salt and some coriander (dhania) then mash the potatoes then serve.

Place the vegetables into a frying pan and little water, vinegar and salt and allow to steam for 7min
