Banana pancake is an easy and nutritious breakfast. Ripe as well as raw banana is full of iron and other micronutrients. In my grater family , some members avoid to eat ripe banana. But this banana pancake ,they can happily savour.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  2. IP1/2 cup cottage cheese
  3. 1/3 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 3 medium ripe bananas
  6. 1 cup or more milk
  7. 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  8. 1/2 tspajwain seeds, crushed
  9. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  10. Refined oil or ghee to cook
  11. Honey (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Mash the bananas. Mash the cheese also.

    Mix all the ingredients (as shown in photo) along with the milk. The pancake batter should be like idli batter.

    If necessary add some more milk. Keep covered the batter for 30 minutes.

    Grease a skilet. Pour a laddle of pancake batter and spread on the skilet and fry. Add ghee or oil on the sides of the pancake. When one is done flip to the other side.

    In this way make all the banana pancake and serve hot this healthy
    breakfast with honey.
