Spinach is full of iron. So today we will make delicious and healthy spinach pancake.
Steps

Mix all the above ingredients (except oil) in a bowl and add enough water to get a batter of thick pouring consistency. Beat the batter.

Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and for the first pancake, grease it with few drops of oil.

Turn the heat to low and pour 2 tbsp batter in the center of tava. Spread it in a round circular motion with the back of a serving spoon.

Turn the heat to medium and drizzle some oil on the pancake. When the edges turn brownish, it means pancake is cooked from underneath.

Loosen it with a flat spatula and turn over the pancake.

Cook from another side also till golden brown. Serve hot spinach pancake with chutney.
