Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  2. 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  3. 1/2 cupfresh mint leaves
  4. 1/2green chilli optional
  5. 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  6. 1/4 teaspoonrock salt or to taste
  7. 1/4 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  8. 1 cupIce cubes
  9. 2Lemon wheels, for garnish
  10. 2mint sprig for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender, blend together the ginger, cucumber, mint leaves, salt, cumin powder and 1/2 cup cold water.

    Add 1 teaspoon Lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Serve over ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.

    You can also Strain and press the puree through a mash sieve.

  5. 5

    Alternatively Fill glasses with ice and one-half to two-thirds full with the blended juice. Top with lemonade and/or vodka.
