Ingredients

5 mins
2 servings
  1. 1Beetroot, washed, peeled and cut into cubes
  2. 1Big tomato, washed and coarsely chopped
  3. 1/2Medium size cucumber, peeled and cut into cubes
  4. 2-2.5 inchesGinger, coarsely chopped
  5. 1Large lemon
  6. 1/4-1/2 cupCoarsely chopped coriander leaves
  7. to tasteBlack salt
  8. Filtered water

Cooking Instructions

5 mins
  1. 1

Prepare all the vegetables as mentioned above. (Remember to clean the veggies well because this juice is not strained.) Squeeze out the juice from the lemon. Keep aside.

  2. 2

Take a blender (if you have a juicer, use that) and add all the ingredients along with a little water into it. (Don't add too much water in the beginning as it will hinder the grinding process. Add gradually as per desired consistency.)

  3. 3

Grind till you get a smooth consistency. At this stage, check for salt and add more water if necessary. Give it a quick pulse once again till everything is combined well.

  4. 4

Chill in the refrigerator for sometime (if needed) or serve immediately.
