Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsalmonds
  2. 1.5 cupwater
  3. 1 tbspcardamon powder
  4. 1/2 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take almonds.boil it and peel it's extract.

    Now grind this almonds in grinder by adding half cup water.

    Take 1 cup water in a pan.boil it and add 1/2 cup sugar in it.

    Cook it for 5 min and add almonds mixture in it.

    Cook this mixture for 10-15 min and now add 1 tbsp cardamon powder in it.

    Cook it for another 5 min.our almonds syrup is ready.

  7. 7

    Put 1 spoon of this syrup in 1 glass cold milk and enjoy.

  8. 8

    You can increase the syrup quantity in milk as per your taste and add some chopped almonds to increase the taste of shake.
