Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 1 bowlsugar
  3. 2.bowlswater
  4. 3/4 th bowlghee

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, add ghee, wheat flour mix well on low flame.

  2. 2

    Keep stirring occasionally so that it doesn't stick to pan.

  3. 3

    When its colour changes and becomes little red add water,sugar mix well.

  4. 4

    Cover it with lid and let it cook for 7-10 minutes till it releases ghee.
