Ingredients

  1. 11/2 cupwheat flour
  2. 100 mlghee
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 2 1/2 cupwater

    Take a pan put ghee in it.

    In Another vassel heat water on boiling temperature

  3. 3

    Add flour in pan and start roasting on low to medium flame

  4. 4

    Stir continuesly otherwise flour may be burn or will stick to the pan

  5. 5

    After 8-10 minutes colour will change to redish brown now add water and mix slowly

  6. 6

    Now put sugar and mix well your halwa is ready to eat serve hot
