  2. 1carrot
  3. 2 tspmint leaves
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 1/2 teaspoonbuna jeera(Roasted cumin) powder
  6. 1lemon
  7. to taste Senda namak / rock salt

    Wash the beetroot and carrot thoroughly and cut it in small pieces

    Now add the chopped beetroot and carrot in a blender. To it add mint leaves, coriander leaves, buna jeera powder, salt, lemon juice,ginger and a little water.

    Now grind it well to make is juice. Strain the juice with a strainer and transfer it into the glass. Its best if you drink it without straining it.Decorate it with a lemon slice and its ready to serve
