Spring Onion with Beef

This sauce is an amazing condiment and will go very well with chicken rice or pork belly.

I bought one kilogram of onion chives (yes! One whole kilogram!) and decided to cook them in tasty dishes. Onion chives are hollow and they taste mild in stir-fry dishes. In Indonesia, we call it bunga bawang.

Grilled mushrooms and swiss cheese, beef and onion, you can't beat those flavor combinations.

#greenveg - This is spring onion cooked in a traditional Bengali homemade style with some sweet potatoes and eggplants. Cooked in mustard oil, this delicious curry goes perfectly well as a side dish with chapatis. It can also be had with plain steamed rice. For some crunchy effect to the dish, fried vadi / dried lentil dumplings can be crushed and added to the end product.

Someone in da house wanted this. He shall remain anonymous. So I searched on line to see if I could find something. Seems complicated because lol - grams means nothing to me but I do have a scale…but many do not. So here it is and I hope I made it easier. My recipe when I cooked it was doubled. BTW yet again I forgot to take a picture of the final dish. So you will have to do with the picture I took pre final…I never learn.
