Another Lazy Use-up Veg Soup

Despite the heat we fancied soup for lunch and I’d veg needing early consumption. Didn’t fancy any real work coz “proper cooking” later so all done in soup-maker. #WastenotWantnot
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put all ingredients into the soup-maker, put the lid on and push the start button.
- 2
At end of cycle (mine is normally 22 minutes), remove lid, taste and season if necessary: be cautious when using a stock cube or powder.
- 3
Serve piping hot with any garnish you feel like (eg chopped coriander) or none and some nice bread.
