Mango Pancake is one of the most popular trading crape recipes. It is simple, it's quick and its taste is yummy!! Soft and fluffy mango pancakes are perfect for breakfast. Cooking Instructions

Heat milk in a pan adds butter. Mix it until melts completely. keep it aside and cool it.

In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and mix well. Now dd egg mix it well. Now add the buttermilk mixture. whisk everything together until well combined. Make sure there are no lumps. But don't over mix the batter.

Now add mango puree and mix it well. Make a smooth thick creamy mixture and set it aside for 5-10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium flame. Using a brush, lightly grease the pan with butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and spread it out into a round shape. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden in color. Repeat the same process to make the rest of the pancakes 🥞

Place the pancakes on a plate. Drizzle the honey over the top and add some chopped mangoes. Serve it.
