Ingredients

  1. 250 gmschicken
  2. 250 gmsbasmati rice
  3. 2 tspOil
  4. 1butter cube
  5. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 2onion
  7. As RequiredGaram masala
  8. 2 tspred Chilli powder
  9. 1 tspkasuri methi
  10. 2 tspBiryani masala
  11. As Per TasteSalt
  12. 4 cupshot water
  13. As Per RequiredCoriander leaves
  14. 1lemon
  15. 1/2 cup curd

Cooking Instructions

    First clean and wash chicken pieces with hot water and salt.

    Marinate chicken pieces in curd and all dry spices and keep aside.

    Heat oil and ghee together Add chopped onions Saute for 2min add ginger and garlic paste.

    Now add the marinated chicken.

    Take Kadai to add oil, garam masala, and washed the rice Mix well, and add 4 cups of hot water.

    Add lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves, and sprinkle biryani masala.

    Mix well, close the lid and cook for 10min, the first 5 mins on high flame and the next on low flame.

    Mix well so that chicken n rice is mixed properly.

    Your yummy chicken biryani is ready to Serve.
