Ingredients

  1. 250 gchicken keema
  2. 250 gbasmati rice
  3. 2 tspoil
  4. 1butter cube
  5. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 2onion
  7. as per requirementGaram masala (whole)
  8. 2 tspred Chilli powder
  9. 2 tspchicken Biryani masala
  10. 1 tspkasuri methi
  11. 4 cupshot water
  12. as requiredSalt to taste
  13. 1lemon
  14. leavesCoriander
  15. 1/2 cupcurd
  16. 4 tspdry mint leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First clean and wash chicken keema with hot water and salt.

    Marinate chicken keena in curd and all dry spices and keep aside.

    Heat oil and ghee together Add chopped onions Saute for 2min add ginger and garlic paste.

    Now add the marinated chicken keema

  5. 5

    Take Kadai to add oil, garam masala, and washed the rice Mix well, and add 4 cups of hot water.

    Add lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves, dry mint leaves and sprinkle biryani masala.

    Mix well, close the lid and cook for 10min, the first 5 mins on high flame and the next on low flame.

    Mix well so that chicken keema and rice is mixed properly.

    Your yummy chicken keema biryani is ready to Serve.
