Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbasmati rice
  2. 1carrot
  3. 1onion
  4. 1/2 cupcauliflower
  5. 1capsicum
  6. 1 cupgreen peas
  7. 250 gpaneer
  8. 1 cupbeans
  9. 1 cupsoyabean
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 2 tspBiryani masala
  12. 1 tsp red Chilli powder
  13. 2 tsp garam masala
  14. 7/8 tsp oil
  15. 1 cupwater
  16. as requiredFood colour yellow and green
  17. 2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
  18. 1 tsp lemon

Cooking Instructions

25 minutes

    Take rice soke for 10 mins

  2. 2

    Take a kadai add oil, 3 cups of water Keep till 1 boil add salt, lemon juice, rice

  3. 3

    Keep till 10 mins

    Divide rice in 3 parts add yellow, green and white food colour drops to each one.

    Take a non-stick kadai add oil, carrot, green peas, beans, onion, soyabean, cauliflower stir for 5 minutes

    Add salt, garam masala, Biryani masala, red chilli powder and add rice one upon one

  7. 7

    Mix well add panner

  8. 8

    Mix well an keep on simmer for 5 minutes

  9. 9

    Your yummy Biryani ready to serve
