  2. 1/2 tablespoonblack pepper powder
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil for frying chips

    Remove the skin of the Nendran banana.

    Cut Nendran banana into thin slices with the help of chips cutter.

    Take fry pan. Deep fry the cut Banana in hot oil and drain extra oil in paper napkin.

    Take chips out side and sprinkle black pepper powder and salt. Serve with tea or coffee.
