  1. 250 gmspurple yam
  2. as neededOil for frying
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder

    Peel the purple yam. It's sticky so be careful while peeling.

    Slice it directly into hot oil.

  3. 3

    Let it fry till crispy on low flame. Remove them on a plate. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder as per taste.

    Serve them.
