  1. 1 cupchilled milk
  2. 4dates deseeded
  3. 5almonds
  4. 1 tspcashews chopped
  5. 1/2 tspcinnamon powder
  6. 1 tspmixed seeds
  7. 1/4banana

Cooking Instructions

    Chop deseeded dates, almonds, and gather all ingredients in a place.

    To blender add dates, banana, almonds, cashews, mixed seeds and half of the milk.

  3. 3

    Blend it to smooth,add remaining milk and blend it again to combine everything well.

    Pour in a glass top with almonds and pista slices.
