Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/4 cupwarm milk
  2. 1/4 cupthick coconut/almond/soy milk
  3. 1/2 cupcold milk
  4. 4blanched almonds
  5. 4-5dates
  6. 1chilled ripe banana

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Deseed and soak dates in warm milk for 30 minutes. For diary allergies, use almonds or soy milk only

  2. 2

    Add dates with milk and rest of the ingredients to blender and blend to form smooth milkshake

  3. 3

    Pour in cold serving glass and serve immediately
