Cooking Instructions

Deseed and soak dates in warm milk for 30 minutes. For diary allergies, use almonds or soy milk only

Add dates with milk and rest of the ingredients to blender and blend to form smooth milkshake
- 3
Pour in cold serving glass and serve immediately
