  2. 2banana, peeled and chopped
  3. 3-4dates
  4. 4-5almonds
  5. 4-5walnut
  6. 2-3cinnamon
  7. 1 dropvanilla essence
  8. 1 tbspsugar
  9. As RequiredChopped pistachio, cashew nuts raisin for garnish

    Making thick Shake:-

    In a pan dry roast almonds walnut cinnamon for 2-3 minutes and grind it to a fine powder

  3. 3

    In a blender jar combine dry fruits powder banana dates chilled almonds milk vanilla essence sugar. Blend it until smooth.

    Adjust the consistency of Shake by adding more almonds milk if required.

    Pour into a glass jar and garnish with chopped pistachio cashew nuts raisin.

    Served it chilled
