  1. 1 cupgrated cucumber
  2. 1/2 cupsoya flour
  3. 1/2 cup semolina
  4. 4 no. Green chillies
  5. 1/4 cup chopped drumstick leaves
  6. 2 tbsp curd
  7. 4 tbsp oil for greasing and cooking
  8. For Serving
  9. tomato ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    First, gather the ingredients to make cucumber-soya pancakes. Grate the cucumber and take it in a bowl (approximately 1 cup grated). Add 1/2 cup soy flour, 1/2 cup rava, 4 chopped green chilies, 2 tablespoons fresh curd, salt to taste, and some chopped moringa leaves. Mix everything well and add water as needed to prepare a smooth batter for pancakes. Set it aside.

    Now, heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil. Pour a ladle of the batter onto the pan and cook on medium heat until it's golden brown on both sides (apply some oil on the pancake if needed).
    Make all the pancakes this way.
    Serve the hot cucumber-soya pancakes with green chutney, garlic tomato chutney, or tomato sauce, as desired."
