Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in kadai & add onion. Fry it. Then add ginger garlic paste,tomato,salt & sugar. Fry it very well. Then add boiled Soya chunks.Fry it for 5 minutes. Add water, cover & cook it for 10 minutes.when it dries out, sprinkle Coriander leaves & Haram masala on it. it's done. Keep aside.

Take a large bowl.Then mix white flour with milk, salt sugar, chopped onion, green chillies,black pepper powder & a little water (if required). Mix it very well. Heat 1 tsp. Oil in non-stick frying pan, Then make Pancake on it. Fry both side well.

Then place Soyabean & tomato sauce on it in frying pan. Wrap it. It's done. Now Soya wrap Pancake is ready to serve as a Snacks. Simply delicious.
(If you want, prepare Soyabean early & store it in refrigerator).
