Ingredients

  1. For Pancake
  2. 1 1/2 cupMoida(white flour)
  3. 1/2onion (finely chopped)
  4. 4green chillies(finely chopped)
  5. as requiredSalt & sugar
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. 1/2 tsp.Black pepper
  8. as per requirementWhite oil for frying
  9. For Soyabean -
  10. 1 cupsoya chunks (boiled)
  11. 1chopped onion
  12. 2 tsp.Ginger garlic paste
  13. 1/2tomato(cut in small pieces)
  14. 1green chilli
  15. 2 tsp.Coriander leaves
  16. as requiredSalt to taste
  17. 1/2 tsp.Sugar
  18. 1/2 tsp.Garam masala
  19. as requiredCapsicum (optional)
  20. 3 tsp.Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in kadai & add onion. Fry it. Then add ginger garlic paste,tomato,salt & sugar. Fry it very well. Then add boiled Soya chunks.Fry it for 5 minutes. Add water, cover & cook it for 10 minutes.when it dries out, sprinkle Coriander leaves & Haram masala on it. it's done. Keep aside.

    Take a large bowl.Then mix white flour with milk, salt sugar, chopped onion, green chillies,black pepper powder & a little water (if required). Mix it very well. Heat 1 tsp. Oil in non-stick frying pan, Then make Pancake on it. Fry both side well.

    Then place Soyabean & tomato sauce on it in frying pan. Wrap it. It's done. Now Soya wrap Pancake is ready to serve as a Snacks. Simply delicious.
    (If you want, prepare Soyabean early & store it in refrigerator).
