Ingredients

20 minutes
6-8 chilla
  1. 2medium size cucumber
  2. 2 cupwheat flour
  3. Half cup gram flour
  4. Half cup rice flour
  5. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  6. Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  8. Half tablespoon salt
  9. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander
  10. 1 tablespoonajwain
  11. 1small onion chopped
  12. 2 tablespooncurd

Cooking Instructions

    First of all take two cucumbers remove upper skin and great it after greating add wheat flour,rice flour, and gram flour. Now add remaining spices and coriander then add water and make a fine batter.

    Keep tawa or Pan on medium flame. And spread the batter. Roasted it from both side.spread ghee from both sides.serve it with tomato chutney or curd or as it is.

    I prefer with curd in weight loss journey.
