Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgdry coconut powder or (grated)
  2. 1/4 kgdry dates (crush & powdered)
  3. 125 gmghee
  4. 125 gmedible gum
  5. 1/2 kgjaggery
  6. 5cardamom
  7. 50 gmPoppy seeds
  8. 50 gmgardencressseeds
  9. These last two ingredients are optional

Cooking Instructions

    Grate dry coconut crush the dry dates and make rough powder in mixer & keep it aside. Fry edible gum in heated ghee on low flame. Roast Poppy seeds & garden cress seeds (if you get) (gardencress available online) then make cardamom powder.

    Melt the jaggery on low flame, put all ingredients in one big utensil & pour melted jaggery, add little ghee, mix well & prepare laddoo s with the mixture. Apply ghee to both hands & prepare laddoo. this is healthy laddoo
