Ingredients

4-5 serving
  1. 1 kg.Soft dates
  2. 15-20almonds
  3. 15-20cashews
  4. 15-20pistachios
  5. 2 tsppoppy seeds
  6. 2 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take dates and remove its seeds and roughly chop them. Also chop almonds, cashews and pistachios. Keep the poppy seeds ready.

    Now in a non sticky pan add 1 tsp ghee and the dates. Saute them on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Now add chopped and roasted nuts. Mix it well and form a dough out of it.

    Now take a board, put butter paper, apply ghee on it and transfer the dates mixture on it. Grease your palms with ghee and for logs out of it. Now sprinkle poppy seeds on it and roll it out.

    Wrap the butter paper and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hrs to set. After that take it out and remove the paper.

    Cut it into the desired size piece. Our Dates & dry fruits roll is ready. You can store it in an airtight box and enjoy whenever guests arrive.
