Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsYellow Moong dal
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 1 tspchopped garlic
  4. 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
  5. 2onion chopped
  6. 2green chilli chopped
  7. 1 tspgreen coriander
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 3 tspoil
  13. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash a dal and soaked for one hour.

  2. 2

    Take a wok add oil put jeera crackle add garlic till brown add onion,green chilli saute 2 minutes.

    Add tomato puree and all dry masala saute 2 minutes add dal and saute.

    Add water and cover with lid.

  5. 5

    Cook for 10 minutes at slow heat.

  6. 6

    Dal till soft and green coriander.

  7. 7

    Serve with chapati.
