Ingredients

7 minutes
  1. 1.75 cupflour
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 3/4 cupvegetable oil
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  7. as neededvanilla essence
  8. 2 tbspraspberry crush
  9. 1 tbspfresh cream(whole milk Malai)
  10. 1-2 tbspmilk to maintain consistency
  11. as neededTuti fruity, chocochips if you like

Cooking Instructions

    In a big bowl, add curd. Beat in curd and sugar together. When they blend well, add malai and vanilla essence. Mix well

    To the above mixture, add 3/4 cup vegetable oil and mix again.

    To the same bowl, seive in flour +baking powder + baking soda. Cut and fold the mixture. Don't over mix. Add tuti fruity. Add milk to maintain a flowy consistency. Add raspberry crush and mix.

    Pour the batter in greased microwave safe cake dish and microwave on high mode for 7 minutes..

    Cut and keep in an airtight container and enjoy at tea time
