Ingredients

  1. 1 kgSarso saag leaves
  2. 1/2 kgspinach leaves
  3. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 2green chilli finely chopped
  5. 3onion finely chopped
  6. 2tomato finely chopped
  7. as neededGhee
  8. as neededButter
  9. to tasteAll regular spices

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly cut and washed the leaves of Sarso saag and spinach.

    Put it in pressure cooker and little water and Salt,green chillies.

  3. 3

    Cover the lid tightly cook it for 5-6 whistles.

    When it cook and then grind with grinder it for 4 minutes.

    Other side heat a pan add ghee add onion,ginger and garlic paste till them soft now add tomato cook for 5-6 minutes.

    Now add all spices and mix well cook again 4-6 min.

    Now add grinded saag and mix well.

  8. 8

    Ready to serve.
